THE case of a Highbridge man who was accused of breaching a non-molestation order imposed by the courts has been dismissed as no evidence was offered.
Christopher John Jordan, 41, of Isleport Lane, was ordered to stand trial at Yeovil Magistrates Court after he allegedly shared a post on Facebook from a property at Brinscombe Meadow in Chilcompton on March 16 relating to the complainant.
Jordan was prohibited from doing this by a non-molestation order made by Bristol Family Court on January 4.
Jordan pleaded not guilty to the charge when he appeared at Yeovil Magistrates Court on May 30 but when he returned to the court to stand trial on August 17 his case was dismissed as no evidence was offered.
