YOUNGSTERS in Highbridge spent a week delving into the world of filmmaking and photography.
Children under 16 took part in the Family Connections activities week at the Highbridge Community Hall where they had the chance to make short animations and take and edit digital photos.
There was a project designed to allow young people to choose where they want to live and what they would like to see in Highbridge in the future.
The week ended with the youngsters and their families enjoying a free trip to the Science Museum in London where they saw the Wallace and Gromit exhibition.
They were also given their own cameras to film their favourite part of the museum with the footage to be edited together to produce a film all about the trip.
Family Connection has more activities planned on December 5. To find out more contact Kirsty Bucknell on 01278-455649 or e-mail kirsty@somersetfilm.com
