MORE star names have been added to the line-up of celebrities heading to Pawlett for a fundraising football match this weekend.

Former Middlesbrough and Burnley goalkeeper Marlon Beresford, Norwich City legend Darren Huckerby and ex-Manchester United midfielder Andy Ritchie are set to turn out for the game at Pawlett Pavilion on Sunday (May 15).

They will join big names including Gaizka Mendieta, who once broke the football transfer world record, Middlesbrough favourite Craig Hignett, Ziggy Lichman and Anthony Hutton from Big Brother and soap actors Danny Miller and Elliot Tittensor.

The event has been organised by Tony Cartwright, who is hoping to raise £12,000 for Macmillan Cancer Support and the Cystic Fibrosis Trust.

Tony was inspired to fundraise after his sister Tracey Browne, of West Huntspill, overcame breast cancer only for it to return.

Tickets are available from Pawlett Pavilion on 01278-685225.
