THE Venerable Nicola Sullivan, archdeacon of Wells, is pictured reading the first words of the Bible at St Andrew's Church in Burnham - marking the start of an epic challenge.
As reported in the Weekly News, Rev Graham Witts and fellow volunteers are reading the entire King James Bible from cover to cover out loud to celebrate its 400th anniversary.
The first session was held on Sunday and participants are due to reach the end on Monday.
