A PLAQUE in tribute to Highbridge war hero Frank Foley has been stolen.
Pam Lyes, from the Highbridge War Memorial Trust, says she does not know when the plaque was taken.
It was installed 11 years ago in front of the war memorial in the gardens in honour of the Second World War spy born in the town, who helped thousands of Jewish families escape Nazi Germany.
The matter has been reported to police.
