PUPILS in reception class at Berrow Primary School and Pre-School enjoyed their Peppa Pig goes Camping theme.

The children spent most of the week outside and lessons were all taught in tents.

The week ended with a very enjoyable barbecue which the parents were invited to.

It was part of the school's maths week and children made paths for Peppa to find her tent, and enjoyed setting up each tent with a different focus, including reading, singing, lego and writing.

Anette Milburn, daycare manager, said: “We were quite lucky with the weather - we only had one wet day and although it was windy the children had a lot of fun.

“The children enjoyed making 'petal perfume' and they also made their own tents using poles and fabric.”
