A FREE fun day will be held in Burnham on Sunday (August 5) to raise cash for local good causes.

The Burnham Lions group are hoping the rain will hold off for their fete at Manor Gardens from 11am to 6pm.

Burnham Lions president and activities coordinator Greg Kelloway, pictured, said: “We’ve got a bouncy castle, a giant terror slide, a soft play area, craft stalls, a burger van and performances from the Monarch’s local gymnastic club and local dance and art groups. There will be around 20 stalls, some from charities, and collection buckets on the day. Also people can play games to win their own lion teddies.”
