A PETITION signed by around 1,200 people who want a structure on Burnham Pier to stay has been presented to planners.
Sedgemoor District Council said a conservatory housing The Candy Stall broke planning rules but Pier Pavilion owner Louise Parkin is now seeking retrospective planning permission to keep it.
