Couple's desperate appeal to find missing dogs in East Huntspill

AN EAST Huntspill couple are appealing for people to help them find their two dogs after they went missing.
Pam and Anthony Thorne last saw their boarder terrier cross dogs, Joe and Kate, playing in their garden in the Cossington Level area between 8am and 9am on Sunday, October 7.
A distraught Pam told the Weekly News: “They were playing in the garden one minute and gone the next.
“We’ve asked around and nobody has seen them. I’m worried that, because the breed is used for hunting, someone may have taken them away in a car.
“We’ve had them as rescue dogs since they were eight weeks old. My husband is devastated.”
Both dogs, who are sisters, are three years old and have collars. Pat thinks Kate was wearing a kaki green collar and Joe was wearing a blue one. Both have their names and the Thornes’ phone numbers on.
The dogs are micro-chipped and the RSPCA has been informed.
