Horse rescue at Lympsham
FIRE crews from Burnham-on-Sea, Weston-super-Mare and Bath were sent out at lunchtime following reports of a horse stuck in a water-filled ditch at Lympsham.
The alarm was raised at just before 1.45pm to the incident in West Road.
They were able to rescue the horse with flotation devices and straps and lines.
