A DOG owner has extended the search for her lost pet which went missing last week (November 15).
Nadia Bounden, from West Huntspill, last saw her Yorkshire/Scottish terrier cross, Millie, on Thursday, November 15, around 10pm.
Fifteen-year-old Millie was following her owner on a walk along Church Road, near Sealeys Close in West Huntspill, when Nadia heard yelping and the sound of a car screeching.
Nadia said: “I ran to investigate but she was gone. I thought she’d been hit by a car, but I didn’t see it happen.
“We’ve had her since she was six months old. She was a rescue dog. She has no collar but she’s microchipped.”
