THE Rotary Club of Burnham has been selling paintings by prisoners at its bookshop in the town to support victims of crime.
The works were donated by inmates of Shepton Mallet Prison to Victim Support Somerset as part of the Time Well Spent project - proceeds go to VSS.
Jane Gibbs, Rotary Club service committee chairman, said: “We were pleased to offer this support and we sold a number of paintings to a total value of £220.”
