Poppy Appeal thanks.
THE CHAIRMAN of the Royal British Legion has thanked everyone who helped donate to this year’s Poppy Appeal.
Norman Lees said: “I would sincerely like to thank all the supermarkets, shops and collectors who helped us in the recent branch poppy appeal.
“This year’s appeal was most successful and exceeded last year’s collection.”
