CAR sharing may be one way of doing our bit to ease congestion and help the environment, but there’s just one problem – we hate passengers.

Or at least that’s what insurer Admiral’s annual Survey of Motorists would suggest.

It found that two-thirds of us have fallen out with a passenger on a journey, while more than one in ten (11%) have gone further and kicked one out of their car.

Criticising the driver, shouting at other road users, and putting their feet on the dashboard were among the passenger habits which drivers found most annoying, the survey found.
