BURNHAM'S Neighbourhood Planning team will begin the next phase of the consultation next week with a new topic group focusing on housing.
The first meeting will be held at Burnham Community Centre on Berrow Road at 7pm on Tuesday, April 14.
Topic group co-ordinator Bev Milner Simonds told us: "The provision of the right sort of housing, of the right size, in the right places is vital in our local area. We have a diverse mix of residents and the needs of the local housing list is far from being met.
"Locally we have social housing, mortgaged properties, private landlords, park homes and home owners - it is important that all these views are heard.
"The invite is open to residents, landlords, financial advisors and housing associations, in fact anyone with a view about housing locally, to join this initial scoping meeting at 7pm on Tuesday evening at the community centre."
