THERE was May Day fun for all at a day of traditional celebrations at Marine Cove.
There were food stalls, competitions and lots of things to do, and the event was well-attended as crowds made the most of the sunny skies.
Pupils from St Joseph’s school opened the event with Maypole dancing and the Lisa Herbert Dance School performed followed by King Alfred School Brass Band.
Organisers said it was a very successful event, with good weather, good crowds and plenty of children joining in the fun.
