Hilda Rose, 86, of Highbridge, died peacefully on September 29 2015.
She was the beloved wife of Arthur and a dearly loved mother and nan.
The funeral will take place at Sedgemoor Crematorium on Monday October 12 at 11.30am
The family have asked for no flowers but people may give donations if they wish to the Dorset and Somerset Air Ambulance.
