TWO people have been arrested on suspicion of burglary after a suspected smash-and-grab raid in Burnham-on-Sea in the early hours of the morning.
The window of The Laptop Shop, High Street, was reportedly smashed around 5.10am this morning.
Various laptops and iPads were allegedly stolen from the store.
The pathway outside the store has been cordoned off by police as investigations continue, and officers have drafted in sniffer dogs to help with their enquiries.
A 31-year-old man and a 29-year-old woman have been arrested.
A spokesman for Avon and Somerset Police said: "We are investigating a burglary with the assistance of a dog unit.
"Two people have been arrested on suspicion of the burglary and are now in custody for questioning."
