THE Princess Theatre Company is holding a series of theatre and writing workshops starting this autumn.
The workshops aim to cover characterisation and then using the characters go on to devise a piece of theatre.
Organiser Kim Cook said: "The workshops are open to both beginners and people who have been writing, perhaps plays, or another genre.
"We are keen to encourage those interested in writing, in making theatre and actors to come together to create a true piece of community theatre, which we hope to perform next year.
"Following the successful Trading Local project earlier in the year, it was obvious just how much talent we had in Burnham and Highbridge and it would be great to harness this in another great project.’
The workshops are free, but you do need to register your place.
Dates are October 22, November 5 and 12 from 10am until 1pm at the Princess Theatre.
For more information or to register your place, please email Kim on gkcook@sky.com or telephone 07850 968 150.
