A NEW headteacher was welcomed into Brent C of E First School this week after it's recent conversion into an academy.
Fiona Robertson is now executive headteacher for East Brent and Lympsham First Schools.
She was welcomed into her new role by the Diocese of Wells, the Somerset Local Authority, Headteachers from other local schools and other members of the East Brent community were in attendance.
The schools were both recently converted into academies and are now part of the Wessex Learning Trust which consists of 8 schools.
