VOLUNTEERS across Sedgemoor will clearing up sea-buckthorn shrubs from Berrow Dunes Nature Reserve this month and are appealing for willing participants to join them.
Sedgemoor Conservation Volunteers are looking for volunteers to join them in clearing away the sea-buckthorn and to help them plant native shrubs.
Berrow Dunes has long been recognised as an area for nature conservation and is managed and owned by Sedgemoor District Council.
Volunteers are asked to meet at the reserve's car park on Sunday February 26 at 10.30am and are advised to wear appropriate clothing, gloves and footwear.
