THREE men have been arrested following a burglary in Burnham-on-Sea.
Police were called in the early hours of this morning (April 19) to G W Hurleys on High Street in Burnham after reports of a burglary.
It is believed that intruders smashed the windows of the newsagent before stealing a large quantity of goods.

A spokesman for Avon and Somerset Police, said: "We were called to reports of a burglary at a newsagents in High Street, Burnham-on-Sea this morning at about 2.40am.
"Entry was forced and a quantity of cigarettes taken.
"Three suspects – aged 14,16 and 19 – were later arrested and remain in police custody."

The burglary is the latest in a series of commercial break-ins in Burnham-on-Sea.

Boots on High Street has been the victim of three burglaries in the last two weeks.
The Children's Society charity shop on High Street and Burnham Central Service Station on Berrow Road were also attacked by thieves at the end of March.
