HOMES in Sedgemoor is encouraging residents to show off their gardens as entries are open for their annual gardening competition.
The housing provider said it is looking for residents who love gardening to enter the competition.
Residents can enter into the following categories: large garden, small garden, containers/hanging baskets, vegetable garden/allotment, communal garden and junior gardener.
There will be first, second and third prize awards which will be given to the best entries in each category.
Jen Barfoot, managing director of Homes in Sedgemoor said she was looking forward to seeing the entries.
She said: “I’m really looking forward to getting out and about to help judge the garden competition.
"It’s great to be able to chat to other people who love their gardens and pick up some new ideas.”
A panel of judges will visit each entrant on July 20 before deciding on the winner.
The closing date for entries is July 10.
