BBC One's Street Auction is coming to Burnham-on-Sea after residents donated their unwanted gifts and items to the show earlier this month.

Flog It! presenter Paul Martin is urging Burnham residents to come to the event on June 25 at Manor Gardens to sell their unwanted items for local charities, at the 'pop up' auction right in the heart of the community.

The series, which will be broadcast in the Autumn, will feature a variety of locations across the UK, bringing together a street and a community for a massive fundraising effort.

There will be a grand opening at 1.30pm where host, Paul Martin will be cutting a ribbon to open the event followed by a pop up auction which will start at 3.30pm.

The auction forms part of a street party with stalls of donated items including cakes, bric-a-brac, books and plants along with fundraising activities and entertainment.
