Burnham hosts green festival

A HOLIDAY park in Burnham put its numerous eco awards to good use by hosting a green festival.
Burnham Holiday Village has already scooped various environment awards but went even greener by putting on events including tree planting, a craft fair, and a fancy dress competition using only recycled materials.
Owners of luxury homes on the resort also got involved in the green quiz and barbecue.
Youngsters flocked to see visitors from a local animal farm who brought rabbits, guinea pigs and other pets.
The holiday village promotes eco-friendly practice and aims to promote wildlife.
