SEDGEMOOR District Council has issued a plea for help saving the only remaining tower mill in Somerset with complete working machinery.

Ashton Windmill at Chapel Allerton near Wedmore is in need of urgent specialist repairs and the council is hoping to form a new group to raise funds.
