The year six competition involved Wembdon St Georges, Nether Stowey, St John & St Francis, Huntspill, St Joseph’s and Burnham.
Huntspill even managed to put out a competitive B team at one of the competitions but Wembdon had a very strong team and were undefeated and went on to represent Sedgemoor at the County Championship.
The year six girls’ competition involved Wembdon St Georges, St John & St Francis and St Joseph’s from Burnham.
Wembdon were again undefeated in a much closer competition and went on to represent Sedgemoor at the County Championship.
The one-off year five tournament was between Wembdon St Georges & Huntspill, who played a 16-over match, which Wembdon won despite the fine form of Huntspill’s Jaymie Whitehouse.
