A CHURCH in Highbridge is taking part in a nationwide attempt to break the world record for the largest number of Christmas carollers singing at the same time.
Singers will gather at the Gospel Tabernacle Evangelical Church on Sunday, December 16, at 7pm in an attempt to help beat the previous 18,114 figure.
The five songs due to be sung are Silent Night, O Come All Ye Faithful, O Little Town of Bethlehem, Away in a Manger and Hark! The Herald Angels Sing.
