A HISTORIC corner building in Highbridge is up for sale.
Bradbury House on Market Street was formerly a bank and also housed the HQ of the National Blind Children’s Society.
It is among 34 lots being offered by regional land and property auctioneers Clive Emson at a sale in Cornwall on September 17.
Spread over three floors in Highbridge town centre, Bradbury House has a guide price of £75,000 to £100,000 and is expected to attract both commercial and domestic investors.
Auctioneer Scott Gray, a regular on BBC1’s Homes Under The Hammer, said: “This building will be well known to people in the town. We anticipate a lot of interest in Bradbury House.”
