Mark Causeway is set to close for 18 weeks as Wessex Water carries out for sewerage work.
All traffic will blocked from The Causeway from the junction with Southwick Road eastwards for a distance of 600 metres.
The Order becomes effective on October 26 and will remain in force for eighteen weeks.
While the closure is in operation an alternative route will be signposted as detailed below.
From the western end of the closure proceed in a south westerly direction along the B3139 to the junction with Pillmore Lane. Turn right and proceed in a north westerly direction along Pillmore Lane and Burnham Moor Lane to the junction with the A38. Turn right and proceed in a north easterly direction along the A38 to the junction with the A371. Turn right and proceed in a south easterly direction along the A371 to the junction with the B3151. Turn right and proceed in a south westerly direction along the B3151 to the junction with the B3139. Turn right and proceed in south westerly
and north westerly directions along the B3139 to the eastern end of the closure, and vice versa.
