BUGGY WALKS: Have fun and keep fit with the new free buggy walks at Apex Park in Highbridge
MUMS and dads living near Apex Park in Highbridge are being invited to join a new fun and free course.
Parents can meet friends, have fun and keep fit with their tots, by joining in a six-week, free course of Buggy Walks and Fun Fitness.
The course starts at 9/30am on Wednesday, April 19 and runs every Wednesday for six weeks.
Sedgemoor District Council, who own Apex Park, has teamed up with 1610 Leisure to bring the course to residents and visitors.
They will be instructed on how to use the park gym equipment as well as keeping fit in the fresh air.
