MORE than 100 sixth form students celebrated the end of their school years in style at their prom.
Pupils and staff from King Alfred’s School in Highbridge celebrated their annual prom at The Grand Pier, Weston-super-Mare on Friday June 30 The memorable evening was organised by the sixth form student committee with the support of staff.
Jonathan Gaskell, head of sixth form, congratulated students on their hard work ethic during the year and said they would be sorely missed.
A spokesman for the school said: “Overall, the night was considered as the perfect way to say goodbye.
“A massive thank you to everyone who attended and to the staff involved.”
