Somerset basks in sunny day after previous heavy rainfall
Holiday makers and the people of Somerset were finally able to put their shorts on and enjoy a welcome sunny day.
Temperatures reached highs on 18 degrees today, with 15mph winds in some places.
Children and their families flocked to the coast to make the most of the summer holidays, after two days of heavy rain put a dampner on any plans.
Tomorrow's weather is expected to be similar, with sunshine and highs of 19 degrees.
