WHO doesn't dream of owning their zoo?

Well for a cool price of £1.5m, you could do.

A unique chance to run your own farm park or zoo is up for grabs in Doniford in Watchet.

The successful Doniford Farm Park has come on the market as owners Steve and Kay Clothier have decided to retire.

The Clothiers have been at the farm since 2010 and opened the farm park in 2012.

But Mr Clothier, 64, believes it is now time to retire and for someone else to take the business to the next level.

Around 70,000 people visit the attraction each year and you could make yourself a nice penny too as turnover currently stands at £442,000.

It is zoo licensed and features over 30 species of farm and exotic animals including Oussent sheep – the smallest breed of sheep in the world - alpacas, meerkats and birds of prey.

There is also a farm shop, a restaurant/tearoom, a giftshop and indoor and outdoor play areas.

There's also a seven bedroom 15th Century Grade II listed farmhouse with views across the Bristol Channel to Steepholme and Wales.

The house and site are of historical interest with an old water wheel and ancient monument lime kiln, Victorian walled garden and numerous traditional farm buildings.
