Somerset will see a bright start today, but showers will develop through the morning.
Rain will be heavy, slow moving and could be thundery, however in the sunshine it will feel pleasantly warm.
Tonight the daytime showers will ease and overnight it will be mainly dry and chilly with clear spells and light winds.
Highs will reach 14 degrees at 2pm.
