Dave Kelland matched Colin’s feat for Polden Bears, with 67 again, but it was not enough to help his team beat Knowle Otters, who needed 19 from their last two men and Steve Harris.

Their anchorman was grateful to Glyn Hawkes who hit 14 of those in the penultimate hand and with Steve hitting seven as his team managed a three-pin win.
