IAN Bellinger was at his lethal best as Tiger Old Boys thrashed Blake Old Boys 12-0 in the Bill Brown Division One Cup.

Bellinger scored four times, while Josh Turner, Josh Harvey and Carl Jones all netted twice – Aaron Head and Jamie Chillingworth bagged one each.

Elsewhere in the competition, Red Tile were 6-3 winners at Pawlett Rebels, for whom Bart Ochim, Mattie Winter and Dean Taylor were on target.

In the John Morrell Division Two Cup, Flag Old Boys beat Knowle Dynamos 4-3 despite goals from Garth Treasure, Sam Dingle and Pete Boot – Puriton were 5-0 winners at Red Tile Reserves.

Rhode Lane Wanderers were 3-0 winners at Bridgwater Wolves (see the Big Match, page__) in the Geoff Harvey Division Three Cup – and North Petherton beat Woolavington 2-1 thanks to goals from Lloyd Beacham and Lewis Seymour.

Mark Chapman and Liam Whitbread both scored hat-tricks for Huntspill Crowns as they thrashed Red Road Rangers 8-1 – Will Bailey and Matt Mitchell added one each.

Spenny’s Sports Bar continued their fine start to the season with a 3-1 victory over Spaxton Rangers after extra time.

Sam and Tom Edmunds were on target for the hosts, before Ossain Gould’s penalty rounded things off.

Louis Fox scored the solitary goal for Spaxton.

In the lone Division Three league fixture, Huntspill BPH were hammered 5-1 by Stugursey Rangers, with Lee Dransfield netting a consolation goal.
