SOMERSET have beaten Sussex by five wickets on the fourth day of their County Championship match at Hove.

Chasing 396 for victory, the Cidermen cruised home with James Hildreth (101 not) and Pete Trego (89 not) sharing an unbeaten sixth wicket stand of 166 in just 25 overs.
