HUNTSPILL and District made it six wins from six after an unbeaten century from Sam Lillycrop guided them to a ten wicket victory against Curry Rivel.

Curry batted first and started brightly, scoring 37 from the opening five overs. But two wickets in three balls from Tippetts (4-37) halted their momentum. The score had moved on to 73 when Lismore struck to remove the dangerous Tilley for 60. This sparked Huntspill into life and Tippetts continued his assault, clean bowling the next two Curry batsman. The lower-order dragged Curry up past 150, but Sam Lillycrop (3-35) took the final wickets to dismiss them for 178.

Huntspill were rarely troubled during the chase, with Cavill and Lillycrop smashing the bowling to all parts of the ground. Cavill (67 not out) began the brighter of the two and reached his half century in quick time.

Lillycrop then began to find the middle of the bat and cut loose, racing past 50 and bludgeoning his way to a second century of the season. Cavill rounded off a comfortable victory for Huntspill, hitting the winning runs to seal the victory inside the 26th over.
