BURNHAM are without a match in Division 2 of the Shrubbery Hotel Cricket League this weekend, meaning they must wait until next Saturday to go in search of their third straight victory.
In Division 4, Huntspill & District are looking for their first win of the season as they host Ilton, while elsewhere in the division Lympsham & Belvedere travel to Castle Cary.
Burnham 2nds are back in action after seeing last weekend’s match at Glastonbury cancelled due to the hosts’ inability to raise a team.
The points Burnham collected from that cancellation sees them sitting top of the early Division 6N table ahead of Saturday’s home match against Shapwick & Polden 3rds.
In the same league, Wedmore host Winscombe 2nds and East Huntspill are on the road at Weston-super-Mare 3rds.
It’s derby day in Division 7N as Mark host Huntspill & District 2nds, with just three points separating the two sides ahead of the fixture.
Early Division 8N pace-setters Lympsham & Belvedere 2nds are at home to Churchill 2nds, while bottom of the table Wedmore 2nds host Purnells 2nds.
In Division 4 of the West Somerset League, East Huntspill 2nds welcome Stoke St Gregory.
