NEWLY crowned Premier League Pairs Champions the Somerset Rebels return to full league action this week with two matches in two days.
The Rebels face the third-placed Redcar Bears on Thursday night, before returning to Oaktree Arena on Friday to take on the Rye House Rockets.
Somerset Team Manager Garry May is hoping that Friday's victory does not affect his side's performance.
He said: “Of course our victory in Friday's Premier League Pairs Championship was something very special, but we have had our moment of celebration and we mustn't allow that to become a distraction as we return to league action this week.
“We showed what we are capable of with our stunning win at Scunthorpe on Bank Holiday Monday, and we need to build on that starting with our trip to Redcar on Thursday.”
