TOMORROW (November 10) Burnham will play Bridgwater & Albion at the BASC when they meet for the first time in a competitive fixture in the Somerset Cup first round.

Lee Berry, of Burnham RFC, said: “There have been many fixtures between the clubs second and third teams over the years but none as important as this one.

“We go into this fixture on the run of some poor form in the league campaign with six straight losses. The performance against Wells at the weekend was much improved and should give us that added bit of confidence over a side who are also struggling in the division above.

“This will be a greatly contested match between two clubs who are looking to rediscover lost form and confirm who has the local bragging rights.”

Kick-off is at 2pm.
