TEAM Lick Racing duo Dean Nicholls and Ashley Moore enjoyed more success in their final outing of the year at the International Festival of Sidecars.
The Highbridge Motortech outfit arrived in Leicestershire on Saturday and were scrutinised and checked over for Sunday morning qualifiers at 10am.
Rain was predicted for Sunday and rain it was.
Nicholls and Moore chose to go out on Intermediates for the qualifier and felt it was the wrong choice on circuit, but qualified in fourth out of 60 sidecars.
For the first race Nicholls and Moore changed to full wets and gave it all - no grip off the start line due to cold tyres and standing water.
After lap three they moved to third place but after lap five slipped back to fourth.
The race put Team Lick into the A Final for the last race of the day - and the duo didn't disappoint, going from fourth to third at the Hairpin on the first lap.
They managed to pull away from fourth and fifth and crossed the line to finish in third place, 13 seconds ahead of fourth..
The pair finished this season third overall in the BEMSEE Club Championship and fifth in the British F2 Cup Championship
