IT was goals galore in this weekend’s Uxella League fixtures - none more so than in Division Three, where Huntspill Crowns and Rhode Lane Wanderers shared 12 goals in a thrilling 6-6 draw.
Ben Wright, Liam Whitbread, Lewis Rogers, Mark Chapman, Luke Walker and Anthony Cleave netted for Crowns – while Julian Fairfax (2), Aaron Larsson (2), Luke Baker and Martyn Milton replied for Wanderers.
Elsewhere in Division Three, Spaxton Rangers beat Spenny’s Sports Bar 4-3 thanks to goals from Jamie Sellick, Paul Hooper, Jack Edwards and Louis Fox.
Stogursey Rangers were 4-2 winners at home to North Petherton, for whom Lloyd Beacham scored twice – and Huntpsill BPH beat Woolavington 4-0.
In Division Two, Ramblers edged a five-goal contest with Cobblestones 3-2 – Joe Cresswell scored twice for the victors, while Jack Hamblin added a third.
Marcus Butler and Jon Spence scored for Stones.
Knowle Dynamos came out on the right side of a nine-goal thriller at Puriton.
Kai Wilmington, Jesse van Agen (2), Garth Treasure and Aaron Hardwidge all scored for Dynamos.
In Division Two’s final match, Red Tile Reserves thrashed New Foresters 5-1.
In Division One, Luke Parry bagged a hat-trick for Middlezoy Amicus in a 6-2 victory over Cornhill – and Red Tile Reserves secured their second win of the season with a 4-1 victory over Blake Old Boys.
