WEDMORE Reserves were beaten at the semi-final stage in the Davis Shield, going down 2-0 at Westend Reserves.
They will be looking to bounce back at Selkirk United this weekend in Division Five.
In Division Two, Burnham United A slumped to a 3-2 defeat home to Clevedon United A to keep them rooted to the bottom of the table – they travel to Uphill Castle Reserves this weekend.
Shipham lost 1-0 at home to Cheddar A in Division Three.
This weekend, Berrow Reserves host Portishead Town A, looking for a win to pull them away from the relegation mire - while in Division Three, Wedmore will be hoping to keep the pressure on the top three when they welcome league leaders KVFC.
