THE Great Western Railway Club’s four-a-side Charity Skittle Competition, sponsored by Moles Brewery, returns.
Entry forms went out yesterday (February 1) to last year’s teams, and forms will be available from the Club Bar, and on the Wednesday, Thursday and Summer skittle sites.
The competition is open to men’s, ladies and mixed teams, and every team plays at least three games for their £8 entry fee.
The chosen charity is Musgrove Leukaemic Group; the event has raised more than £3,000 in nine years, and the hope is to hit £3,500 this year.
Entry forms must be returned to the Railway Club by April 30. Cheques can be made out to G.W.R.S.A. (Great Western Railway Sports Association Social Club).
