Mad Men co-stars confirm engagement

Vincent Kartheiser and Alexis Bledel have got engaged
Mad Men stars Alexis Bledel and Vincent Kartheiser have got engaged.
The pair have been dating for a year and are now set to wed, Alexis' publicist confirmed.
Vincent, 33, plays ad man Pete Campbell on the hit US TV drama, and last season, the character had an extramarital affair with the wife of a friend. She was played by Alexis in a guest-starring role.
Alexis, 31, is best known for her role as the teenage daughter in the long-running series Gilmore Girls, and for her performance in The Sisterhood Of The Travelling Pant.
News of the engagement was first reported by Us Weekly.
A source told the magazine the couple "couldn't be happier".
