Nicole Kidman has revealed that husband Keith Urban pens love letters to keep their marriage alive when they spend time apart.
The couple, who have two children together, Sunday, five and three-year-old Faith, have been married for seven years.
Mail Online reported that the Oscar-winning actress told InStyle: "For every single night he's away he leaves me a love letter.
"Every single night of our relationship.
"We always say to each other, 'If you ever need me, I'm there'."
Australian Nicole said she's seen most of the US on singer Keith's tour bus, telling the magazine: " Keith and I are both gypsies at heart. We can make our home wherever we are. The girls are like that too now, so we take them everywhere."
The star, who was previously married to Tom Cruise, said: "Sunday will come with me [to film sets] and just hang - she'll draw and write and play and do her own thing. She's very bright, so I'm able to tell her about the performances and be quite open with her.
"It sparks her imagination.
"Faith will stand side-stage at Keith's shows wearing her big pink headphones to protect her ears and watch, riveted, and play an imaginary guitar.
'Whereas if I say to Sunday 'Do you want to go out and hear Daddy play?' She'll be like, 'Noooo'."
