Simon Cowell was left cooing over a troupe of dancing mothers and babies at the Britain's Got Talent auditions.
TV's Mr Nasty appears to have gone all soft after becoming a dad to son Eric - who was born in New York on Friday - as he was singing the praises of Sling Swing at the London auditions last week, The Sun reported.
The group of 15 mothers who dance with their babies strapped to them in slings, performed to Ant and Dec's hit Let's Get Ready To Rhumble, demonstrating that rocking their babies on stage helps keep them quiet.
Simon told Swing Sling: "I've never seen an act like this on Britain's Got Talent. It must work as none of these babies are crying.
"It's incredible. But what happens in a year's time - do you have another baby?"
Fellow judges Amanda Holden, David Walliams and Alesha Dixon, who are all parents themselves, then insisted to Simon he should try the routine.
Amanda teased: "Simon, this is something you are going to have to get used to. I do dances with my children, but I would love to try this.
"Normally the children try to escape and run around and it is just me shaking maracas, but this is great. It helps you lose your baby weight and keeps you healthy."
