Jennifer Aniston joined in the special version of Hey Jude
Jennifer Aniston and Mad Men star Jon Hamm have helped belt out a rendition of The Beatles' hit Hey Jude.
Jon's partner Jennifer Westfeldt and actress Betty White are also among the A-list stars who perform the uplifting charity version of the song.
The track promotes St Jude Children's Research Hospital and National Childhood Cancer Awareness Month in the US.
Child cancer patients, doctors and nurses also appear with comedy star Robin Williams, chat show host Ellen DeGeneres, country music star Keith Urban and Lady Antebellum in the clip.
